This one was a big hit at the 2022 ISU Shade Tree Short Course!
The call comes in from Mrs. Jones: “My pine is (fill in the blank).” Often, she is not referring to a pine, but one of the many other conifers here. ID is the first step to diagnosing a problem. Many of us struggle with conifer ID and refer to them as evergreens. Some conifers are not evergreens. Some evergreens are not conifers. This presentation uses easy in-the- field tricks to simplify their ID.
Cost: $600 for a 1-hour presentation plus travel and lodging if appropriate.
