LEGAL SERVICES
I have experience providing unbiased expert witness testimony and can assist with arbitration and/or mediation in tree related cases.
I charge $200 per hour plus .70 per mile (standard IRS deduction) for travel and lodging if appropriate for legal services.
Certification preparation training workshop attendees and instructors are eligible for CEUs at 1 CEU per hour of session, with a maximum of 10 CEUs for a program.
